Please complete the information below to the best of your ability.  We use this form to help build a custom menu for your trip based on your likes and dislikes.  To make cooking easy and keep it light weight meals are typically packed as a group so you cook the same for everyone for an individual meal saving the bother of trying to prepare different dinners for individuals.  Menus can be customized further upon your arrival at our outfitters before you depart from your trip.  If you have any other requests or notes that we should be aware of please include them in the [YOUR PARTY] section.
