Just a few hours north of Toronto and you’re bound to find some great skiing and boarding even if there’s no snow back in the city.

Winter in Central Ontario is magical. The ski season begins early and has even been known to stretch into March Break or even beyond. And the après ski in Muskoka or Haliburton is not bad too! Go for a bite to eat on your ski resort, or at one of the local restaurants, which are dedicated to serving fresh food using quality, local ingredients. You may even want to try another thrilling winter activity while here or check out some of the top-notch entertainment in the area.

Kick off the ski season right with the annual Warren Miller Ski Film or the very popular Banff Mountain Film Festival both hosted by Algonquin Outfitters.

While you’re here drop by our stores in Huntsville or Haliburton or for the last minute things that you may have forgotten we have pro shops at both ski hills too.
