Guided Canoe Lake Trip
You can learn about Canadian artist Tom Thomson, the Group of Seven and historic Mowat village on this scenic four-hour excursion!
This half-day guided trip is an excellent opportunity for people with limited time to enjoy a wilderness paddling experience and learn about some of Algonquin Park’s interesting history. The package includes all necessary equipment and the services of an experienced guide, who will provide basic paddling instruction, as needed. During the tour, you can hear about Tom Thomson and visit key sites associated with him and his mysterious death, or you can just enjoy the beautiful scenery of Canoe Lake!
