We won't. Let Algonquin Outfitters set you up with some
of the best food and equipment you'll find on any canoe
trip, anywhere. This package is best suited for "base
camp" type trips or groups wanting a little extra comfort
after a tough day of travel. Featherweight carbon/Kevlar
canoes, premium gear, comfortable sleeping pads and our
Super Deluxe menu plan top off our best complete outfitting
package. Finding your private little spot in Algonquin Park
and doing day trips to explore a little more is what it's
all about. Be sure to bring your camera and fishing rod!

outfitters will give when custom tailoring your trip, route
and equipment to your abilities and desires. Provided for
no extra charge, this service is just one of the things

What To Bring
You need only bring your own clothing and personal items.

page for a suggested list. And don't worry if if don't have
a particular piece of clothing or forget your toothbrush,
our stores are well stocked with camping accessories and
some great travel clothing.
Optional
Guide Service
Get the extra confidence that comes by traveling with an
experienced canoe trip guide. The charge for the services
of a guide is $225 per day. The guiding fee includes the
services of the guide and his or her food and equipment.
Guided trips must be booked at least four weeks in advance.
Try our Greenhorn Service!
This service is included with Ultimate Outfitting and is
an option for all Complete Outfitting customers who feel
they might need a basic course in canoe trip skills. One
of our staff will lead you on a three hour mini-trip and
cover skills like camp set-up, food storage, portaging and
paddling tips. The charge is $25 per person, with a minimum
of two adults. Children in the group are free. Available
by advance reservation only at Oxtongue Lake.
Reservations
Reservations for Super Deluxe Outfitting should be made
at least four weeks in advance, in order to ensure permit
availability. This package is not available at the Huntsville
store.
