Welcome to Algonquin Outfitters. Our company has come a long way since my father, Bill Swift Sr., opened our first store in Oxtongue Lake, almost 50 years ago. We have a rich and proud tradition of outfitting canoe trips into Algonquin Park, which we continue to this day. While we've expanded to 9 stores throughout the Muskoka, Algonquin Park and Haliburton regions, and now offer a broad range of outdoor gear, our core beliefs have remained the same: the values of family, the love of the outdoors and an appreciation for the natural beauty found in this area. These beliefs are reflected by our staff and our aim to help customers experience the adventure that awaits them in the great outdoors.
